ADHD & Neurodivergence
Bright, creative minds don’t always follow traditional paths. I support teens and young adults with ADHD and neurodivergent traits in understanding how they think—and learning how to thrive.

What they’re going through
Your child may be smart and imaginative, yet constantly overwhelmed, scattered, or emotionally reactive. School might feel impossible, routines are a struggle, and social interactions can feel confusing or draining.
It’s not about effort—it’s about needing support that actually fits how their brain works.
How I help with ADHD & neurodivergence
I offer specialized psychiatric care for ADHD, Autism Spectrum traits, and learning differences—with deep respect for neurodivergent ways of thinking and being.
Together, we uncover your child’s strengths and equip them with tools to manage attention, motivation, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. My holistic approach blends education, therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication when appropriate.
The goal isn’t to “fix” your child—it’s to help them feel empowered and understood.
There are no words.
There are no words to describe how thankful we are to Dr. J. He saved my son’s life, and we don’t know where we would be without him. Thank you!

What to expect in our sessions
Sessions are virtual, flexible, and focused on real-life strategies that work for your child’s brain.
I draw from strength-based therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and behavioral techniques, all tailored to their needs. We’ll look at attention, learning patterns, sensory sensitivities, and emotional regulation to create a full picture of support.
I also provide education and practical guidance for parents, so you feel confident in how to support your child.
Who I work with
I work with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, Autism Spectrum traits, executive functioning challenges, or learning differences. Many of my clients are “twice exceptional”—intelligent and insightful, yet misunderstood or overlooked in traditional systems.
If your child is struggling to reach their potential, I’m here to help them feel seen, supported, and successful.
