Psychiatric Care for Anxiety & OCD

What they’re going through

Your child might be stuck in patterns of overthinking, avoidance, or fear—worrying about things they can’t control, or trying to control things no one can. Whether it’s social anxiety, panic attacks, or compulsive behaviors, the weight of anxiety can interfere with school, friendships, and daily life.

It’s exhausting—for them and for you.

Help for Youth with Anxiety & OCD

How I help with anxiety & OCD

Anxiety and OCD are highly treatable, especially with early support.

I use a combination of evidence-based therapy, lifestyle strategies, and medication (when appropriate) to help young people feel more grounded and empowered. Together, we’ll build tools to navigate fear, reduce compulsions, and restore a sense of calm and confidence.

With the right care, your child can stop surviving and start engaging with life again.

What to expect in our sessions

I offer virtual psychiatric care using practical, personalized approaches—including CBT, ACT, and mindfulness—to target anxious thinking and compulsive behaviors.

We focus on what’s getting in the way and build real-life tools to change it. When needed, I also incorporate medication in a thoughtful, collaborative way.

Each session is designed to meet your child exactly where they are—whether they’re overwhelmed, withdrawn, or just trying to keep it all together.
